remote reboot or DRAC card for immediate reboots and console access.
Remote KVM access is available for all customers. It is included with your dedicated server. For colocated servers please call or
email us to have the KVM unit connected to your server.

The following services are included with your Dedicated Server:
- Network troubleshooting
- Hardware replacement in the event of failure
- Server reboots
- Operating system reinstall if the problem is the fault of Riptide Hosting (note:
all other OS reinstalls are fee-based).
The following services are fee-based time require is more than included with
your plan:
- 'Remote Hands' support:
- Operating system reinstall
- Application installation/upgrades (application configuration is not supported)
- Operating system upgrades
- Security management patches - servers are set to auto patch
Operating system reinstalls will be completed at the flat rate of $50.00 per instance.
All other fee-based support is provided at the standard tech support fee of $90.00
per hour billed in half hour increments, when requested during the business hours
of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST. After hours fee-based support will be provided at a rate
of $125.00 per hour billed in half hour increments.
Fee-based services are limited to predetermined services as directed by the customer.
These are not system administrative services and troubleshooting is not provided.
