- Increased Uptime - We purchase our entire line of servers from Dell with a minimum of RAID 1 to prevent the failure of one drive from causing system down time. Each of our customers is setup on independent Dedicated Vlans to separate IP ranges. We utilize facilities with redundant uninterruptible power systems, redundant power feeds and backup generators to maximize uptime. Multiple bandwidth providers and climate control systems round out the systems that maximize uptime. Redundant power supplies are also available with many of our servers.
- Access on Demand - Most of our servers come with remote management cards which allow you to power cycle the server any time day or night and allow you to remotely manage and setup the server when needed. We provide hands free remote reboot for all our other servers as well as emergency KVM access.
- Low Start up Costs - We have low setup fees which can be waived with several months' payment upfront along with low monthly pricing for Microsoft software such as SQL Server which starts at $15 per month for 2008 Web Edition.
- Great Value - All of our uptime increasing features provide a great value for our customers.

Riptide standard features include: Windows Server 2003 or Windows server
2008 along with dedicated VLANs, remote reboot control and custom port
firewalling with every dedicated server and server colocation package.
Many of our Dell ,intel based, dedicated servers also include remote management
cards for KVM remote management.
